Client Account Representative

Wavedash Marketing is growing fast, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our team immediately as Client Account Representatives!

In this entry-level role, you’ll be the face of nationally recognized brands, helping bring their products and services to a local audience. Working directly with customers in retail environments, you'll focus on creating new accounts, building relationships, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage face-to-face with potential new customers
• Open and manage new customer accounts
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Accurately collect and process customer information
• Meet and track daily/weekly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
• Must be comfortable in a retail, in-person role
