A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Engagement Manager responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
Manage Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to gather feedback and insights
Develop and maintain an executive sponsorship program to enhance customer relationships
Organize strategic product engagements, including feedback sessions and beta testing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in customer engagement, product management, or similar roles
Strong understanding of B2B customer relationships and the enterprise software industry
Proven track record of developing successful customer engagement programs
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
