Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional customer support for billing and technical inquiries
Guide members through investment transfers and rollovers, ensuring high-quality interactions
Analyze member experiences and collaborate with teams to improve processes and satisfaction


Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in technical support within the financial services industry
Ability to work a rotating schedule until 8 PM EST/5 PM PST
Experience with investment account rollovers and various transfer methods
Familiarity with help desk ticketing platforms and messaging inbox management
Strong computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools
