Senior Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Operations, New Offer Launch.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic objectives and operating models for the New Offer Launch function
Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and refine end-to-end launch processes
Lead and mentor a high-performing team while driving large-scale organizational change efforts


Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software
Demonstrated experience in building and improving processes and workflows
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience in managing large-scale changes and standing up new organizations
Prior experience with process design or global process ownership roles
