Associate Commercial Title Examiner

A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Title Examiner (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise
Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
May abstract records for residential properties and perform other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Entry level, experience in title/related real estate preferred
