Virginia Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Director

A company is looking for a Director of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the structure and curriculum of the residency program
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to promote exceptional patient care and provide leadership to residents
Design and implement evaluation systems for resident performance and development



Required Qualifications

Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia or Pennsylvania
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational or leadership role in a behavioral health setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric practices, particularly with youth
Demonstrated ability to train and motivate medical professionals
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to behavioral health services
