Director of Analytics and Reporting

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics and Reporting.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and implementation for provider data and analytics within the organization
Oversee the design and maintenance of reporting systems and analytics tools
Establish KPIs to measure the success of reporting and analytics initiatives


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in healthcare reporting or analytics within a large organization
3+ years of management experience leading data teams in value-based performance reporting
Proven expertise in value-based performance reporting
Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Power BI, Python) preferred
