A company is looking for an Executive Director, Strategic Finance.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate board meeting materials and investor updates
Conduct competitor earnings analysis and provide strategic recommendations
Support the development of a 3-year business plan and maintain a high-performing finance organization


Required Qualifications

Experience in building board-level presentations and public company communications
Proven financial and operations leadership in high-growth environments
Public company experience, preferably with IPO knowledge
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
Experience in Software/SaaS and understanding of diverse revenue streams
