Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands effectively
Experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
