Compliance Development Lead

A company is looking for a Compliance Development and Support Lead to oversee adherence to financial regulations for the Department of Defense.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor DoD/Federal financial guidance and ensure compliance
Review invoices or spend requests for adherence to DoD/Federal policy
Revise and refine documents based on analysis and metrics for compliance improvements


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in leading audit and/or audit readiness teams
Certified Public Accountant or Independent Public Accountant experience in federal government audits
Experience supporting enterprise-wide resource management and budget formulation for federal agencies
Bachelor's degree desired
Professional certification in a relevant field desired
