Community Engagement Specialist
A company is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to support community segments and enhance member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Drive community engagement through data-driven improvements and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and meetings to promote interaction among members
Monitor community activities and gather insights to report on engagement metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in community management or a related role
Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and metrics
Proficiency in project management and organizational tools
Experience in event and/or association management is a plus
