Site Abstraction Specialist

A company is looking for a Remote Site Abstraction Specialist.



Key Responsibilities

Abstract telecommunication leases and amendments, updating information in the enterprise database
Determine monthly and annual rent streams and escalators for leases
Audit existing leases within the enterprise database to verify accuracy


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in site acquisition in the telecommunication industry
Ability to abstract telecommunication leases and amendments
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
