Patient Care Representative
A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II to manage patient interactions regarding account balances and issues. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve patient account issues and secure payment arrangements
Document patient complaints and manage tasks through Oracle and other systems
Provide 24-hour customer service support and assist with financial assistance inquiries
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years in medical collections preferred
Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier processes
Strong performance in cash collections and overcoming objections
Self-motivated with a high energy level and ability to perform effectively under pressure
Some college education preferred but not required with relevant experience
