Development Manager

A company is looking for a Development Manager to oversee a distributed engineering team focused on data-intensive storage solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Drive the team to deliver comprehensive architecture documents and scoping for development tasks
Manage a team of around ten engineers working remotely in North America and Europe
Collaborate with product management and quality assurance on deliverables and test strategies


Required Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience managing software development teams
5+ years of project management experience
Knowledge of Parallel File Systems, particularly Lustre, is preferred
Experience with globally distributed teams
