A company is looking for a Sr Culture & Talent Business Partner to foster a collaborative culture and drive talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned business unit and serve as the primary HR contact
Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies and support organizational success
Lead change management initiatives and provide guidance on performance improvement and conflict mediation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of human resources experience, including 5+ years as an HR business partner or generalist
Experience supporting global organizations with 3000+ employees
Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and integrity
Strong interest in evolving HR practices with relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Collaborative leadership skills that inspire action and positive change
