Key Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes


Required Qualifications

Prior collections experience preferred
Prior call center experience is a plus
Aptitude for technology
Skilled in negotiations
Ability to multi-task
