Billing Resolution Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution Provider responsible for coordinating business office activities related to patient billing and collections.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
Implement controls to ensure appropriate billing and collections processes are followed
Assist in managing employees, including coaching and training, while maintaining quality customer service



Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of hospital billing experience
Experience with All Payers and familiarity with Thrive and RCM operating systems
Preferred experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
