Licensed Clinical Operations Manager

A company is looking for a full-time, remote Manager of Clinical Operations.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support team leads managing full-time therapists to ensure effective care delivery
Facilitate training and professional development for team leads, focusing on leadership and data interpretation
Analyze performance metrics to promote high-quality care and optimize team performance


Required Qualifications and Education:

Must have a Masters-level clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) or be a licensed psychologist
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing clinicians in a clinical setting
At least 5 years of clinical care experience in mental healthcare
Experience with data analysis and familiarity with clinical metrics and assessments
Physical location in the US with full US licensure is required
