Senior IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer Senior/Lead.



Key Responsibilities

Provide secure and innovative storage technology solutions for business needs
Coordinate and support an operations team to ensure proactive storage management
Lead projects and research new methods and systems for technology improvements


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or six years of relevant experience
Minimum of four years of experience with operating system hardware and software in a large IT environment
Experience with REXX, SAS, Syncsort, and JCL programming/scripting languages preferred
Familiarity with IBM DASD technology and supporting tools/utilities
Knowledge of IBM zOS Storage software and supporting tools/utilities
