Director of Credit and Collections

A company is looking for a Director of Credit and Collections.



Key Responsibilities

Establish key performance indicators for the credit and collections team
Manage a commercial collections portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service
Monitor industry trends and implement process improvements for credit and collections policies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in shared services, with recent experience in Credit & Collections
Ability to influence and negotiate credit decisions
Experience with HighRadius is a plus
Ability to train and motivate a team effectively
