Time and Attendance Manager
A company is looking for a Manager Lifecycle: Time & Attendance to oversee the planning, implementation, and service level for the lifecycle Time & Attendance team. Key Responsibilities
Identify and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports to build a high-performance team
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Time & Attendance related topics
Oversee the execution of Time & Attendance services, ensuring compliance and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset
Experience in HR Operations across multiple countries, with knowledge of Time & Attendance matters and labor laws
Experience working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment
Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools
Ability to manage and maintain employee data and confidential information professionally
