Integrated Customer Services Supervisor
A company is looking for an ICS Supervisor to lead a team in providing customer service and processing incentives. Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work environment and model company culture
Coach and mentor specialists while monitoring performance for quality assurance
Oversee operations, manage staffing levels, and ensure accurate processing of incentives
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
2+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
Experience managing in a remote setting is a plus
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and database management
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
