A company is looking for a VP of Talent. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for scaling the team in alignment with growth objectives and oversee the recruitment process
Build and improve performance review systems to ensure fairness and alignment with company goals
Create employee development programs to nurture talents and ensure compliance with HR policies
Required Qualifications
Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS, preferably with VC-backed companies
Proven track record of scaling teams in fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent and performance management
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy
