Protocol Engineer

A company is looking for a Protocol Engineer to drive the development of a universal confidentiality layer for Web3.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for software delivery
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure protocol security, performance, and scalability
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in engineering

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in building software products with GoLang or Rust
Experience deploying distributed systems in production environments
Familiarity with Cosmos-SDK or Substrate
Understanding of consensus engines like Tendermint or CometBFT
Willingness to learn about Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), Zero-Knowledge proofs (ZK), and Multi-Party Computation (MPC)
