Benefits and Talent Systems Consultant

A company is looking for a Benefit and Talent Systems Consultant with specialized experience in HR modules.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and support implementation and optimization of HR modules, including Pro HRSD, Employee Voice, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management
Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to translate organizational needs into actionable system configurations
Drive initiatives in employee performance, training and development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and timekeeping to enhance HR functions


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an HR department focused on employee performance, training, development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and timekeeping
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Certification in HR systems management is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for HR insights and performance metrics
