A company is looking for a Clinical Record Reviewer - RN for a remote position in home health care.



Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret patient records to assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
Consult with providers and management to ensure consistency in clinical criteria application
Facilitate corrective actions for documentation deficiencies and support performance improvement plans


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines for home health coverage
Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania upon hire
