Alternate Transportation Coordinator

A company is looking for an Alternate Transportation Coordinator (HHG Military Move).



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and transport of military shipments using alternative means
Assign shipments to alternative transportation service providers and monitor their progress
Communicate effectively with agents and customer care representatives regarding shipment updates


Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
1+ year of operations experience, preferably in military relocation of household goods
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer applications
Prefer 1+ year of HHG/Military transportation experience
