Workers' Compensation Claims Advocate

A company is looking for a Claims Advocate III who is an experienced worker's compensation technician capable of working independently with minimal supervision.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle moderate to complex workers' compensation claims, including conducting three-point contacts and determining compensability
Issue workers' compensation benefits and develop plans of action for resolution and return to work efforts
Negotiate settlements, manage litigation processes, and ensure claims files are appropriately documented


Required Qualifications:

Four-year college degree preferred
Adjuster license and/or certifications preferred
Minimum of five years of related experience required
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage moderate to complex claims
Familiarity with legislative requirements and claims management techniques
