Lead Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Designer to join their team for a remote opportunity.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute design solutions that maintain consistency across all brand systems
Manage multiple brand identities and translate brand strategies into impactful creative actions
Ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all digital customer touchpoints


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
8-10 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in the mortgage or financial industry and/or B2B branding
Previous agency experience is strongly preferred
Extensive experience in brand identity design with a solid understanding of digital design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
