A company is looking for a Death Claims Analyst to support their onshore GR Death Claims operation team.



Key Responsibilities

Support the onshore GR Death Claims operation team by taking calls via the 800 line
Review claim cases to ensure compliance and processing requirements are met
Analyze problem cases and determine the best approach for resolution


Required Qualifications

Ability to handle large call volumes
Experience working harmoniously in a team environment
Knowledge of company products and services
Experience in a highly regulated environment
Strong customer service skills
