Global Relocation Specialist

A company is looking for a Global Relocation Specialist responsible for managing personal effect shipments for various agencies and private relocations.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end shipment management, including registration and documentation
Negotiate rates and arrange services with various transportation providers
Provide consistent communication and updates to transferees regarding shipment status


Qualifications and Education

College degree in Logistics, Business, or Transportation preferred
Experience in international move management or shipment coordination
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Willingness to work outside standard business hours due to international time zones
