Practice Management Advisor

A company is looking for a Practice Management Advisor - CEO to assist small law firms in creating and implementing business and marketing plans.



Key Responsibilities

Provide individual coaching to up to 100 assigned members
Monitor client progress and hold them accountable for their goals
Participate in training calls and contribute to the company's knowledge base


Required Qualifications

Experience in law firm management or business coaching
Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
Familiarity with marketing principles applicable to law firms
Proficiency in using software for client documentation and reporting
Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
