AVP Consumer Loan Officer

A company is looking for an AVP Consumer Loan Officer II (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Processes and documents securities and insurance backed lines of credit (SBLOC and IBLOC) for various client types
Evaluates client investment portfolios and assesses credit risk to determine eligible loan amounts
Prepares and reviews loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements


Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
Five years of consumer lending experience in a banking environment
Strong knowledge of consumer lending policies and regulations
Familiarity with investment markets and vehicles such as stocks and bonds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and loan documentation software
