### Job Summary

Manny Construction is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, informative, and professional content for the company’s digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and construction-related communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong research abilities, and the capability to produce high-quality content that supports brand growth and customer engagement.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
* Write clear and professional articles related to construction services, projects, and industry trends
* Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
* Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop content strategies
* Conduct research on industry topics and customer interests
* Optimize content for SEO and online visibility
* Assist with company presentations, proposals, and promotional materials
* Maintain brand voice and messaging across all communication channels
* Manage content deadlines and publishing schedules

### Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred
* Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong research and organizational skills
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
