### Job Summary

Manny Construction is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide project updates, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain excellent communication to ensure a positive customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication channels
* Provide accurate information regarding company services, projects, and schedules
* Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests
* Coordinate with project managers, office staff, and contractors to ensure timely communication
* Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
* Process customer documentation, invoices, and administrative requests
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions
* Support general office and administrative operations as needed

### Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
