### Job Summary

Manny Construction is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s online presence and digital engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, monitor performance analytics, and strengthen brand awareness across multiple platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
* Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
* Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, captions, and promotional posts
* Schedule and publish content across digital platforms
* Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally
* Track analytics and prepare performance reports to measure campaign success
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams on branding and promotional initiatives
* Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
* Assist with paid advertising campaigns and social media promotions

### Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
* Experience with content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies
* Proficiency in design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
