### Job Summary

Manny Construction is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage online marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms
* Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising strategies
* Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
* Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media ads
* Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing materials
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Improve website traffic, lead generation, and online engagement metrics
* Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations for management
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

### Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
* Proven experience in digital marketing or related role
* Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
