Patient Account Associate - NC

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate - Denials: Billing and Registration.



Key Responsibilities

Record and generate revenue by processing information impacting the patient revenue process
Maintain cash collections and reduce denial rates while adhering to revenue cycle policies
Develop customer relationships to resolve issues and optimize reimbursement


Required Qualifications

High school education with some postsecondary education preferred
Two years of experience in hospital access, billing, or collections, or equivalent education/experience
Knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in maintaining professional relationships with patients and staff
