Linux System Administrator

A company is looking for a Platform Support Specialist.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage the ticketing queue and provide excellent customer service
Troubleshoot issues related to Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, etc
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and escalate concerns as needed


Required Qualifications:

Fresh graduates of any IT-related course are encouraged to apply
At least one year of experience for career shifters or non-graduates of IT-related courses
Deep understanding of Linux and basic concepts of an IaaS company
Basic knowledge of cPanel and DNS management
Familiarity with IP networking, VPNs, and firewalling concepts
