Technical Team Lead
A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for technician questions and escalations
Monitor service boards and ensure timely completion of tickets
Drive customer satisfaction and team KPIs through effective support and communication
Required Qualifications and Education
1-2 years of tech support experience required
1-2 years of leadership and training experience in an IT environment required
1-2 years of customer service experience required
Knowledge of PC hardware installation and troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
