Associate Director Patient Recruitment

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Patient Recruitment Programs.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global patient recruitment and retention plans for clinical studies
Support and coach study delivery leads in executing recruitment strategies
Evaluate and track vendor performance to enhance recruitment efforts


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
7+ years of relevant industry experience
Clinical operations experience across multiple therapeutic areas and phases of development
Proven track record in driving strategies for clinical trials
Good understanding of the drug development process and relevant industry guidelines
