Arizona Licensed Senior Quality Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Associate to perform audits and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.



Key Responsibilities

Perform audits to ensure system setup meets regulatory requirements and provide training on system defects
Maintain documentation of audits and assist in policy discussions regarding application usage and data integrity
Conduct investigative research on system processing errors and recommend solutions for process improvements


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline or computer science
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with systems or as a functional "super-user" in a similar environment
Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
Good organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision
Experience with systems implementation and project management is preferred
