Senior Learning Facilitator
A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Facilitation Specialist to deliver training and onboarding experiences for agents. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver agent certification processes for assigned programs
Analyze class performance trends and implement improvements
Develop and distribute agent communications and resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
1-2 years of experience leading projects, programs, or people
3-5 years of experience delivering training, preferably virtual
Some experience in developing learning activities and content
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
