Hosting Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for a Hosting Onboarding Specialist to manage and develop host family engagement initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely follow-up and engagement with potential host families
Collaborate with local volunteers and Regional Field Specialists on lead management
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards


Required Qualifications

Experience in recruitment and/or sales
Proven knowledge and experience with Global Link, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
Previous experience working remotely is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a virtual team
Strong interpersonal skills
