BisTrack SME

A company is looking for a BisTrack Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support their ERP needs in the lumber manufacturing sector.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for BisTrack-related queries and provide hands-on support for configuration and troubleshooting
Lead or assist in BisTrack system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while ensuring data integrity
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for BisTrack processes


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with BisTrack ERP, preferably in a manufacturing or lumber industry environment
Strong understanding of lumber production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations
Experience in system configuration, support, and troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
In-depth knowledge of BisTrack modules such as Inventory, Sales Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
