Funding Reconciliation Specialist

A company is looking for a Spec. Funding Reconciliation Agent-Remote position.



Key Responsibilities

Administers monthly reconciliation of all Title IV programs and ensures accurate record keeping
Documents reconciliation results for audits and ensures compliance with federal regulations
Manages accounting activities for the Federal Work-Study process and seeks opportunities for process improvement


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent, or a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
Demonstrated experience with billing systems, specifically student accounts
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
Working knowledge of federal/state government education regulations is preferred
1 to 3 years of related experience in a higher education environment is preferred
