Senior Manager Pricing and Lock Desk

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pricing and Lock Desk.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate pricing and margin strategies, managing all lock desk functions
Develop advanced reporting and data analysis to address business challenges
Lead the evolution of pricing and lock desk functions towards automation and technology oversight


Required Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in pricing for an originate-to-sell mortgage lender
Expertise in product/pricing engines and rate sheet management
Strong analytical skills with experience in margin management and reporting
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience with Mortech PPE and Encompass LOS is advantageous
