Bilingual Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Bilingual Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to the college community. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT Help Desk inquiries, providing Tier 1 support
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, such as password resets and account management
Create detailed tickets for customer interactions and collaborate with IT staff to manage unresolved issues
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one year of related experience in supporting personal computer hardware and software
Ability to work in-person at the client's location and remotely when needed
Working knowledge of help desk software and remote control tools
Flexibility to work various shifts with minimal notice
