Director of Telesales Training

A company is looking for a Director, Telesales Training Programs to lead the strategic direction for sales training and curriculum development.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new agent onboarding and ongoing professional development
Lead and support a team of curriculum and training delivery professionals, ensuring effective training outcomes
Monitor training effectiveness against KPIs and coordinate resource planning for timely training delivery


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of high-volume, job-specific training and development experience
2+ years of virtual/e-learning training and content delivery experience
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) preferred
5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
