Lyra Health is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle confidential information with care. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will enter, verify, and maintain data across internal systems and databases, review records for accuracy and completeness, and update customer, provider, and operational information in real time. You will perform quality checks to identify and correct errors, organize digital files, and maintain confidential documentation. Collaboration with operations and support teams to ensure smooth workflows is key, and you may also assist with generating reports and supporting administrative projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong typing skills with high accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management systems. Previous experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Comfort working independently in a remote environment is also important. Experience in healthcare, HR, or technology environments and familiarity with CRM or HRIS platforms are a plus, as is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
